I forgot to mention that I want lots of windows. My motorhome experience showed me how depressing and how filthy inadequate light can make life, and nothing beats natural light.

I’ll want well insulated windows that are small enough to work around architectural limitations, but as large as possible within that constraint. All four walls need some sort of window even if one has to be in the door itself.

I dither on the question of a mollycroft. It means wonderful light but also risk of leaky roof. Insulation becomes a very big deal at the top where all the heat is trying to get away.
