In High Gear

So precious!

You know you live in South Florida when you are driving through the ghet-HO and pass several signs that say:

TENNIS
EVENT

VALET
PARKING

I found these while taking care of my traffic tickets and van registration. I am now entirely in vehicular compliance!

I would have that same princess costume myself later on. I think I was 6.

Lunchtime is blogtime

Posting a buncha links over at Facebook. More and more, actually, I’m living at Facebook. It’s pretty easy to hit up every break, lunch, and before and after work.

The Top Ten Reasons Conservatives Should Vote For Obama

Goodbye to All That: Why Obama Matters - written late last year, and yet it explains so much of what came after it.

There’s a fifth Sunday in November, and to me that means Fifth Sunday Adventure, a mighty fine time to go check out another house of worship. I’m thinking that for November, a visit to a Metropolitan Community Church would be the thing. There are a few of them in the area, the most accessible to me of which would be the Church of Our Savior MCC in Boynton Beach, followed by MCC of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach and Sunshine Cathedral MCC in Ft. Lauderdale.
