Gots

I am paying for it with my train and van-fuel money. It’s even less than break-even.

[info]invadersteven suggested Less Than Jake, as the van is Jake, but [info]tryss mentioned that it could be a bit demeaning. Any suggestions?

I’ll be interested to know how it works out. Do you have to ride it on any freeways? Or is it a surface streets only sort of commute?

I ask because even though my Saturn gets around 36 mpg, 115 would obviously be a lot nicer. The problem is my commute is 28 miles each way, and there’s no way I can get to work without getting on freeways.

I’m afraid this one is no good for freeways. It only gets up to 40 mph and I think there’s also a minimum cc limitation for vehicles on the freeway – this one is only 49 cc. There are two major cross-streets that run from near work to near my house, so either of those would be the route I’ll be taking.

I would suggest Military south, then Clintmore to Congress. Military is a fairly calm street, and taking Congress means you can avoid driving along Yamato.
