Freaking fantastic weather for fighter practice (light weapons) today (Sunday morning, actually) even though it didn’t start out looking like it. Very good turnout, too. Had a fantastic time.

Kitty reminded me that I had forgotten to take feast gear into account for Coronation, so we hit up the Goodwill after that and obtained wooden bowls and mock-metal plates. Still need forks and spoons and something to drink from. I have two pottery vessels, but there are more than two of us.

Adelaide delievered the news that Ernesto had radically changed his mind as to track and intensity since I’d checked on him last night. Apparently he expects to interfere with Coronation. News is expected to be posted at the Coronation website by Tuesday night or Wednesday morning if there is any interference in the proceedings. As I mentioned today, dammit, I’m going somewhere this weekend.

If we do make Coronation, we’ll be camping somewhere behind the Lyceeum. That’s all I know for the moment.

Karaoke tonight was fun, though it had great potential to suck. Alex said that this was probably his worst night ever, but I told him it’s still great, so that’s not a bad thing. There may not have been many of us, but we had lots of fun. corsair2 managed to make it, even though he got rear ended on the way.

Another karaoke venue. Dunno if the place even has a name, but on Friday nights, starting at 7, there’s karaoke in the little hidden bar in back of the “C” Liquors building at 902 Dixie Highway in Lake Worth, just north of the place where Dixie and Federal split apart.

Have not been there for it meself. Just saw the posters.
