Today
Today I got exercise. I did aerobic dance for half an hour.
Today I drank milk, before I found out how much carb is in it. Well, I just might arrange my carbs in such a way that a precise helping of milk is ok. I <3 milk.
Today I ate:
about .5 cup of beef stew (it was filling, didn't need much)
3-egg omelette with provalone
hamburger patty with mayo and mustard
beef jerky
steak bites
I have some tuna here for later, but that really counts as tomorrow.
resilient, how much carb intake did you start out with this last time, before you adjusted – the “careful” amount? By the way I am very happy for your success, and freely confess you are my inspiration. I also am sad about your losses, and freely confess you are still my inspiration, maybe even more so.
Ok, enough serious stuff. I did dance aerobics and am happy about that. Strength training tomorrow. Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!
