I hadn't known that there was a waterpark in the area until last week, when a
friend suggested that we take all our kids. Turns out there's this decent looking place, as far as I could tell through the front
gate, out near Glades west of 441. Sadly, we got there 15 minutes before
closing, so that adventure is for another day. It would be nice if we could
score a good overcast day so I can play too, if we have to be there so early.
Er, nevermind. The waterpark closed on 2 September for the season. *sigh*
This is South Florida. WTF?!
We have a pool here at the Facility, and I like to take the kids there around 6
or 7 pm, when the angle of sunlight is more suitable for my sensitive skin.
Should have done that once we discovered the waterpark fiasco. Live and
learn I guess.
