I'm so weary. I didn't get nearly enough sleep this weekend, so my ass is dragging. However, thanks to my funky schedule (I don't work Fridays anyway) I wind up with a three day weekend. Woo hoo!
Also on the good news front, it looks like the condo might close on the first of August. I'm trying not to count on that too much, because all things are changeable and fickle, but it still feels good to have a prospective plan anyway.
Heh, I just got an email from Napalm that another decent offer just came in for the condo. Better monetary figure, roughly the same closing date, much better down payment. Wow.
