Mmmmmmmmm, Comics!
I'm not an avid comics reader, so it's pretty rare I find one that I like. My favorite by far is Sluggy Freelance, which I've been reading for probably a year or so now. It starts off a bit slow, but it gets better as it goes. It's about, well hell, what IS it about? Probably you could say that the central characters are Torg and Riff, a pair of roommates who get into the oddest situations. Torg is a not-always-that-bright web designer, and Riff is an inventor. His inventions are generally of the havoc-wreaking variety. Add a bunch of other unusual characters, from a switchblade-wielding lop eared bunny to a lovesick assassin bio-bot... Well, it's wild.
Running a close second is Diesel Sweeties, a sometimes bitingly sarcastic reflection of the meaning of life, centered around a remarkably happy and stable relationship between a former porn star and a massive robot.
Next up is Help Desk, a chronicle of the struggles of the technical support staff at Ubersoft. I liked this one long before I myself was a tech industry support weenie.
One that I read less often but also find funny is User Friendly. It's another tech industry inside commentary. I haven't been reading it all that long, so I am not as familiar with the characters, but their recent series on what XP can do for your buoyancy scored big points with me. Probably it was the cameo appearance of a certain famous penguin.
